For as long as I can remember, I have been singing and humming to myself... I had a lot of fun playing with my dad’s hi-fi tape recorder, singing make-believe english when I was six ir seven, and before the onset of puberty I was an enthusiastic member of the Själevad Boy Choir. During 5:th through 7:th grade I played the clarinet, but this amounted only to a paranthesis in my musical development. Only in 1999 did I try my hand at adding music to some of my more rythmic poems, and 2001 (because of the LARP Irrläror i Huckleby) was the year I decided to try singing them "for real". So far, most of my singing skills have developed by trial and error, and not through schooling.
Gråfötterna has transformed me, not only into a better musician and singer, but also into a through-and-through LARP-enthusiast. My gaming passions before 2001 were exclusively for pen-and-paper RPG:s in all its forms, from one-shot scenarios to campaigns spanning years of playing time, from dinner table to convention play, and from player through game master to convention organisation and game production. By now, however, I have easily attended in excess of 20 larger LARP events of significance, as well as dozens upon dozens of vampire-themed one-nighter LARP:s.
Currently I am preparing to move from Umeå in the north to Kungälv in the south-west of Sweden, in order to commence a one year course in song, guitar and general "artistry" at Nordiska Folkhögskolan.
In other news I am gay and single.
