The band Gråfötterna consists of five people: David Bergkvist (lead song, mandolin), Lars Nerback (lute, song), Anders Wänn (violin), Frida Racksäter (lute, song), and Daniel Nilsson (violin). Click on the respective names to read the personal presentations!

The band was formed by coincidence prior to the LARP "Irrläror i Huckleby" in the autumn of 2001, and was then made up of David, Anders and Lars, all living in wildly separated parts of Sweden. Today, Gråfötterna is still a scattered band, but a certain convergence seems to be slowly taking place - this will no doubt increase the frequency of rehearsals in the future. Since Huckleby, Gråfötterna has visited many LARP:s and other RPG- and medieval/fantasy-related events, the Medieval Week in Visby (Gotland), the odd party, a medieval pub and not a few weddings.

The vocal repertoir of Gråfötterna consists entirely of original works by members of the band. The genre lies somewhere between swedish ethno/world, progg (a form of political folk music), singer-songwriter and medieval-style epic ballads. Since 2001, the production count has reached several hundred songs, some of which have been recorded and released in the form of the demo albums "Bukfylla" and "Skum".
